FUNDRAISERS ARE THE KEY! The cost of running an organization can be very expensive. Holding a fundraiser can be a very easy, cost-efficient way to raise money for your organization.

Fundraisers also provide a great team environment for all involved. Everyone can participate in raising funds and work together to help the organization to grow and to be successful.

The Mia Bella Gourmet Candle is a great product that is a step above the rest. The candles come in many colors and scents, and also boast longevity in burn time. Our candles are definitely a hot item to sell!

IT’S EASY!

1. TAKING ORDERS - I will supply order forms that will be distributed to all participants in the fundraiser. Participants simply take the orders and collect the money from each customer, and then turn the orders in to your organization. Checks can be made out directly to me, or we can choose to have all checks made out to the organization. It’s your choice.

2. PLACING ORDERS – After the orders are collected, they will be turned in to me. A tax exempt form (if applicable for your state) is also turned in to me at the time the order is placed.

3. DELIVERY – Once the candles come in, I will then deliver them directly to your organization. This makes it easy for everyone involved!

GREAT PROFITABILITY! The Mia Bella Gourmet Candle Fundraiser is designed to be easy and profitable for your organization. The amount you earn per jar sold is very high! (see attached profitability chart!)

PARTICIPATION INCENTIVE! Each participant will have a chance to earn prizes. These prizes are specifically picked per organization. The prizes can range from products, to gift certificates from local stores.

CANDLE FUNDRAISER POTENTIAL


How much do you want to earn from your Candle Fundraiser?

We have three suggested retails and three profit potentials per candle for your fundraiser:

If you sold the candles for $22 each your organization’s profit per candle sold would be $5.
If you sold the candles for a little more, $27, your organization can earn $8 per candle.
The highest potential earning per candle can be $12 per candle if your organization decides to sell the candles for $31.

It is your CHOICE! Take a look at your area and the generosity that has been out poured to you in past fundraisers.

We have enclosed a list of our most popular seasonal scents.
If you would rather choose from that listing you may.
I suggest that your organization pick out about 8-15 scents to use for the fundraiser.
(Keep in mind the season in which the fundraiser will occur.)
